The forever young yogi, author and competitive ballroom dancer, who inspired many through her classes and teachings. A lot of things come and go with changing fashions. But for the practice of yoga, nothing has significantly changed. In fact, it is becoming more popular, even with the fact that it is already more than 5,000 years since it was developed by the Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India. The secret is simple - it works for everyone, in any level...just simply makes our life better and our perception diverse.
